Week 11

What is the greatest challenge you face at work? I believe that the greatest challenge I face so far at work would be the drive-thru. I really enjoy working drive-thru, but when the Dairy Queen is overflowing with carbon emitting machines and I'm rushing around taking orders and money, I get so flustered. Sometimes I hand out wrong orders, or I create wrong frozen treats or sandwhiches. I even get kind of testy with customers who aren't quite quick enough with their orders. I need to learn to chill a bit and try to take everything one at a time. That's my biggest challenge so far while working at the Dairy Queen.
