Week 6

Write about an unusual experience that happened at work this week. This week at work, the most unusual thing that happened was when a lady ordered an Artic Rush and I was working drive- thru. She ordered a large artic rush, which is 1.70 on the board, but with tax is 1.92. The lady didn't understand this and continued to tell me that I was wrong, so I asked her if she would like something else and tried to explain to her the tax amounts; she drove away. No big deal, I continued helping other customers, next thing I know, she is back at the drive- thru menu board and telling me what the price is for a large Artic Rush, and yet again she drives away. So far, that's been the dumbest and strangest experience I have had at Dairy Queen.
