Week 12

Imagine you are your own supervisor. What changes would you make at your job and why? First of all I would fire one of our current employees and put in a write-up system. I would do this because it's not fair for one person to think they can come in for their shift anytime they like and then go on their breaks whenever they like. I would put in a write-up system to make employees realize they can be fired and they will be fired. Second, I would hire better workers with more efficient means of transportation, because so far only three employees at Dairy Queen have cars, not including the two managers. Finally, i would buy new uniforms. A small girl wearing a large shirt is not flattering, and I'm sure customers don't want their food made by people who look like slobs.
